Eduardo Katoul Rahbani is a dedicated music educator and accomplished musician with a lifelong passion for the arts. His journey in music began at the age of eight when he joined the church choir, marking the genesis of a journey that would see him master the piano and voice. Eduardo's early exposure to music laid the foundation for his formal education, which he pursued at the esteemed High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, followed by the University of St. Thomas.
At the University of St. Thomas, Eduardo was awarded a vocal scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts in Music in 2022. Throughout his academic tenure, Eduardo showcased his exceptional talent on numerous occasions, participating in choirs and competitions across the nation. Notably, he clinched first and second place in the Greater Houston National Association of Teachers of Singing competitions in 2019 and 2020, respectively.
Eduardo's musical journey has taken him to prestigious venues, including Carnegie Hall in New York, where he performed Haydn's Missa In Angustiis under the direction of Dr. Kevin Klotz. Under the mentorship of renowned figures such as Dr. Brady Knapp, Dr. Christina Harmon, Chris Holloway, and Jasmine Hatem, Eduardo's artistic and musical development flourished. Their guidance played a pivotal role in shaping Eduardo into the accomplished artist and educator he is today.
Driven by a deep sense of gratitude for his mentors' unwavering support, Eduardo is committed to paying it forward through his teaching. He finds profound fulfillment in guiding his students on their musical journeys, emphasizing not only technical proficiency but also the importance of self-care and dedication. Eduardo believes that with passion and effort, music can transcend boundaries and achieve anything one sets out to accomplish.
